No Returns / No Refunds Policy

At J&J’s Currency / JJsCollectibles.store, all sales are final. Due to the nature of collectible currency, coins, banknotes, and numismatic items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

All Sales Final

Because condition, grading, and value are subjective and market-based, we cannot offer returns or refunds on any item. Please review all product images, descriptions, and details carefully before purchasing.

Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all items are accurately described and authentic to the best of our knowledge. Graded items are certified by their respective grading companies (PCGS, NGC, ANACS, etc.).

Damaged-in-Transit Exception

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Your order number

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
This does not guarantee a replacement or refund — it is handled through the shipping carrier’s insurance claim process.

Order Cancellations

We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed, as items are often packed and prepared for shipping immediately.

Chargebacks

Any chargebacks submitted without contacting us first may result in a dispute response including: full product documentation, shipping confirmation, tracking evidence, and order logs.
